New proposal to burn 80% of Dogechain (DC) supply 

On October 23, the Dogechain Foundation is looking to burn 80% of the total supply of its native tokens. If this happens, it will be one of the biggest fires of any token supply in history. Currently, the proposal has been put before the community to vote.

Meta losses $9.4 billion in 2022

Mark Zuckerberg announced that  the Meta metaverse division, Reality Labs, had lost $3.7 billion in the third quarter of this year. That brings Reality Labs’ year-to-date losses to $9.4 billion. 

Due to the above effects, Altimeter Capital Management’s CEO, Meta shareholder, suggested in a blog post that the company should reduce its headcount expenses by at least 20% and metaverse investment, primarily by limiting Reality Labs’ expenditures to no more than $5 billion a year.

Binance launches oracle service on BNB Chain, rivaling Chainlink

Binance has released an oracle service called Binance Oracle to help blockchains connect and interact with each other in the real world.

BNB Chain ecosystem will be the first blockchain to use Binance Oracle. Over 10 BNB Chain projects have already integrated with the Binance Oracle.

PancakeSwap approves DEX launch on Aptos via DAO

Decentralized exchange PancakeSwap has passed a governance proposal for deploying it on the newly launched blockchain, Aptos.  It is reported that PancakeSwap’s main decentralized exchange features will launch on Aptos by the end of November.
